Meet the Team
Don Pascarella
Don started his career in the automotive industry in 1984. He spent his first four years at Curtis Chrysler in Orland Park, IL, followed by eleven years at Pommerening Chevrolet in Oshkosh. Don has been with Jacobson Auto Sales since April 1999. He started as sales manager, but in 2016 became co-owner with his son Nick and Jim Jacobson. A family-run operation, Don has developed a personal approach to working with his customers. Over the years, Don has proven very successful at exceeding the needs of his customers from the very moment they walk onto the lot until well after the final sale.
Don's wife, Jacquie, is a retired high school teacher. His daughter, Lindsay, just completed her MBA at UW-Milwaukee and works in Graduate Medical Education at Aurora Health Care. As previously mentioned, Don’s eldest son, Nick, is co-owner of Jacobson Auto Sales and his other son, Max, is the website manager and vehicle purchasing agent. Don's hobbies include: traveling, boating/fishing, bicycling to and from work, tending to his lawn and garden, and cheering on the Brewers.
Nicholas Pascarella
Nick offers what customers look for in a car salesman: good judgement. Nick genuinely listens to his customer’s wants and needs. He then applies this information to his exceptional knowledge of the inventory and the car market at large to find his customers the perfect vehicle. If it means waiting and searching for a vehicle that is currently not in stock, Nick will opt for that option without hesitation. Nick firmly believes in letting the customer make the decision and never using any pushy or insincere sales tactics. Outside of sales, Nick spends the rest of his time at Jacobson purchasing vehicles for both locations, overseeing the vehicle reconditioning process, and assisting his brother Max with the website management.
Nick has been in the auto business since 2006. Before this profession, Nick attended both UW-Milwaukee and UW-Oshkosh. Some of Nick’s hobbies include: nutrition & exercise, fishing, cheering on the Bucks and Packers, traveling, and spending time with his wife, Katlyn and baby daughter, Alexis.

Max Pascarella
Max began his career at Jacobson Auto Sales in 2014. Max started as a detailer, but quickly moved his way up to become a full time salesperson, website manager and vehicle purchasing agent. Max was trained by his dad and brother to always make sure the customer has a smooth and positive experience. When Max is not at work he enjoys playing basketball, fishing, watching PBS, and spending time with his family and friends.
